Working Innovations can facilitate the creation and implementation of a Work Design Team within your organization.

Work Design Teams empower team members to facilitate strategic improvements in the workplace culture by meeting monthly to monitor, develop and implement action items for the wider organization’s benefit.

Team members are representatives of the wider organization. They solicit ideas and suggestions that correspond to the needs of the organization and then determine action items to be presented for managerial approval. Once approved, the Work Design Team delegates the implementation and continues to monitor progress.
